Founder
Joe Lyon
Joe has spent more than 20 years in construction and the trades. He started FYCON on a simple idea: the people who design and build a property should be the people who take care of it afterward.
FYCON brings design, construction, MEP, energy, facility services and emergency restoration into one accountable relationship, with specialized trades coordinated around each project, so owners and managers are not juggling a list of vendors.
What we stand for
Plan. Create. Protect.
Integrated solutions
One relationship from planning through construction and the years of upkeep after.
Greater efficiency
Fewer handoffs, fewer vendors to chase, and one record of everything done to the property.
Long-term value
We plan construction with future maintenance in mind, and can support the property after completion.
Our team
Careers
FYCON hires people who take pride in doing it right and writing it down: technicians, electricians, roofers, cleaning crews and coordinators.
